With a visit. Someone attends the premises, audits what is actually running and hands over written findings - free of charge, with no obligation to buy anything. A floor plan is not the building, and a quote written from one is a guess.

You will not find an uptime percentage, a headcount, a response-time guarantee or a project count anywhere on this site. Not because they would be unflattering, but because we have not measured them, and a company selling monitoring should not publish a number nobody counted. The few figures we do publish anywhere are ones we have counted.
What we will tell you is exactly what happens, in what order, and what it costs - after someone has been to the building. The survey and the written findings come first, and they are free.
