The work is on site
Buildings, ladders, cable trays and racks. Most of what we do cannot be done from a desk, and the survey is the part that decides whether the rest goes well.
You finish what you start
The person who surveys a building is on the install, and answers the phone about it afterwards. Nothing gets handed to a different team to explain.
Documentation counts
Port maps, IP schedules and labelling are part of the job, not an afterthought. A system nobody can work on later is not finished.
